Got an inquiry this weekend about this site and our Facebook. Basically, it was can someone who’s not an official Mumbler send something in?
Not sure what an “official mumbler” is but I guess it’s the folks on this page. We chatted a bit and the consensus was that anyone who is old (or young but thinks old or feels old at least one day out of the week) can contribute.
That would, of course, include all genders.
Whether or not you want to use your real name and picture is up to you. We Mumblers who started this live in a place where Republicans outnumber us at least three to one so out of deference to family mostly, we decided to be anonymous.
We don’t have a lot of rules but we would suggest that anyone who thinks Trump and his handlers are anything other than pure evil probably will be rejected unless we think the post is so stupid it just ought to be shared for laughs.
We also don’t want over the top vulgarity, though writing about what’s going on today seems to invite some level of colorful language.
